Paypal dispute

    Sold an item on donedeal lately and the buyer has lodged a dispute looking for a refund. Item was perfect when posted. I believe he's damaged it since.

    Paypal have put the money Ion hold, how do I fight this claim.

    You need to respond to their queries when asked. It's several years ago since I had such a situation and I can't remember the time line. Perhaps someone who has a recent experience will respond.

    Ya i gave a detailed response this morning. This guy is chancing his arm i think.

    Is there any way to speak directly to someone in paypal? This guy has damaged a good product and is now looking for a refund.
