Hi. Is it possible to opt out of Flexi-time? I’m in a main-stream Govt Department. Only being allowed to work up time during my in-office days is resulting in me working extra time, which is not acknowledged in my accrual of time on my flexi-clock. Just start working standard hours!
No one is forcing you to be flexible, it's an option not a requirement.
