Christmas Lego alternatives

I love Lego but unfortunately price wise it’s ludicrous and I’m actually not a fan of some of their Christmas sets so this year I went hunting.
Criteria was <€40 with plenty pieces for an adult build.
Highly recommend the clock tower and house. Both were ‘woma’ but appear to be available across Amazon/aliexpress/temu under different names. The book with the house was better but the actual clock tower is class (light up brick, count down etc)
Also picked up this box but while it’s gorgeous I think the Santa is creepy 😂. I’ll remove him I think and keep it as his ‘house’
I also have an advent calendar which is in progress but shaping up well
