Last PPV of the year and on paper it might be the best. Lots of great fights and some which will have a massive say in how weight divisions play out in 2025.

Obviously the one I'm most interested in is Rakhmonov vs Ian Machado Garry. This is a big step up for Ian but massive respect to him for taking this fight on. Not many are giving Garry a chance here but I think it will be a lot closer than people think and it would be great for Irish MMA if Ian can get a win here and I wouldnt be surprised if he does

Something tells me McGarry will stink the house out and get the W

That's what I can see happening too. He's showed already that he has no problem taking this approach to get a win. I know it's not everyones cup of tea but if it gets him wins then it's hard to criticise it. Definitely think if he has any chance of winning this one then that's what he will have to do

I'm not his biggest fan but Evleov not on the main card is dire as that fight v Sterling is 2 elite fighters at their peak and they put on a cracking fight.

However we had Bryce Mitchell who last fought 12 months ago and got knocked out against a random Gracie who is rubbish ,,and all because I suspect Dana wanted a viral moment where Bryce bigged up Trump .

    Volkov robbed also.

Mitchel-Gracie comment makes no sense. Makes it should like you didn't watch the fights and mis read the results.

Also lol at calling Kron a random Gracie.

I watched the fight and it had no business on a PPV main card. Mitchell is not on a streak as he got starched in 2 of his last three fights and Gracie is a worthless scalp in 2024 and Dana rightfully said he should wrap it up in his press conference.

A waste of a PPV main event slot.

yeah I got that you were saying Bryce is terrible. It also sounded out like you said he "got knocked out against Gracie" - whic hread weird given he won.

Kron obvious has half assed his MMA career. But I still wouldn't call him a random Gracie. He's really the only Gracie of significance of his generation.

Being on the main card isn't alway about how good you are. It's about marketability. Gorimbo, Evloev, Nzechukwu, Hooper, not exactly big seller. Reyes v Smith should have probably be main card.

    That's true tbf.

Apologies for confusion regarding the Bryce fight initially.
