Ugh, why would you want to? Low fat cheese is one of the most dismal inventions ever. I can only imagine how bad fat-free stuff would be.

Eat the proper stuff and save the calories elsewhere.

I eat low fat cottagge cheese and it's grand. Actually I think it's zero fat.

I'd like to try zero fat feta.

I'm trying to get my cholestrol down on doctor's orders.

I suspect you will never find it in Europe as the Greeks wouldn't make it; and it can't be called Feta otherwise here. Look for "fat free salad cheese"

The US cares not for such naming rules, hence there's American made "parmesan", random stuff sold as "champagne" etc etc.

I was intrigued by the concept of fat free cheese of any sort and googled (as you do). There’s a Prèsident branded one in the US. Each 28g (ie an ounce) contains

    Fat. 0g

    Carbs. 2g

    Protein. 6g

And varying mgs of dietary fibre, salt etc.

what makes up 20 out of 28g? Is it plastic? Cellulose? Or is it mostly the water element of milk? Weird

I eventually found some fat free feta "ish" cheese in the Polski sklep. It's kind of like a compressed block of cottage cheese without all the liquid. It almost hits the spot. It's as close as I can get anyway.
