Magicdos Box mouse click sensitivity

    I believe this is ok to ask, but if not apologies and please delete.

    I installed magicdos box and all seems ok. I only wanted it for one game which is a mouse-based game for the controls. I am having issues with the mouse click sensitivity. I seem to have found how to change the overall mouse sensitivity but that only is changing the movement. I have the setting on absolute as I'm using a touch screen but when I click it's automatically double-clicking so clicking on the net screen which is advancing me in the game or taking me to an option I don't want.

    Is there a way of either changing this sensitivity, or, even having a time lag on it or something so there is a 5 or 10 second between clicks allowed? Or, is there another good dos app for an android out there that could solve this issue?

    Thanks in advance. I haven't downloaded the game btw from a dodgy site, I own a dos/old windows copy and an amiga copy so took the files from my old pc copy.
