Help with a Futura tv

    Hi all,

Maybe someone here can help with a Futura tv. I am having problems with a friends tv. It is a Futura. I never heard of it before. His free to air sat box needed to be retuned and for various reasons I did a factory reset on it and retuned and sorted the channels without issue. But now for some reason I can get Saorview on the TV itself. The menu button on the remote does nothing at all and the Guide button brings up an unavailable onscreen message. The screen is showing the old snowy picture. It looks like the tv is on analogue. How do I get it back on to the DTT tuner? Would anyone have a link to a user manual, I can’t seem to find anything searching online.

    Thanks

Is there a "source" button on the remote? It's likely that the DTT is a separate source and you need to cycle through the inputs to get to it.

I can’t remember. I’ll look again this evening. I know I can switch between the Sat (connected via scart) and the tuner which appears to be stuck on analogue. I just can’t seem to get the tuner to digital.

If that doesn't sort the issue for you? Share a photo of the remote when you get a chance. There may well be a dedicated DTT button, if we can take a look we might spot it.

I had a few Sony TVs from 2008/10, they had a dedicated analogue/digital button on the r/C.
