I am swapping out our old oven and putting a new one in.

They are wired slightly differently. Old one had no cables and the electrical wire went straight into the back of it.

the new one has a cable.

I assume I need to get some sort of junction box to hook it up. Any suggestions?

You'll want to fit a cooker connection unit like that. But put in a spur with a 13a fuse too, the cable size on the new oven looks only 2.5mm sq

What is the rating of the new oven in kw?

Yes you will be joining the two in a junction box, but check the oven manual and see if it requires a fused connection unit. Many ovens are designed to be connected to a 13A supply - not 32A which is likely the protection on that existing cable.
