How to insulate bottom of door

We have a new patio door leading out from our living room. The doors open outwards.

We have an old wooden door saddle and the base.

The door is sealed- there’s no wind or rain coming in. But it does need something to run up against the inside of the bottom of the door to heat seal it. Not a draft excluder, but some sort of insulated border etc

    Thanks.

Wanna send a pic. Can you feel air around the door saddle or side of the frame when it's windy?

You can get expanding foam to spray in once you can remove the door saddle. That helps insulation. And reduces air gaps.

And / or add airtight tape netween the floor and edge of window (under the door saddle) to stop drafts. Won't insualte though.

We got new windows recently. They are brill for heat. But air was leaking around the frame which I sorted with the 2 things above. Installers want it to look tidy, but won't give a damn about air leaks beyond the frames they install.
