Football manager game for 8 year old

So my 8 year loves soccer and started playing real time manager game on his ipad, I'm not overly keen and it frustrates him having to wait a day for his next match. I myself used to love championship manager bit that would be too advanced for him, is there any manager game suitable for an 8 year old
