Hi, I ordered an item from very.ie that is for a Christmas present. When I ordered it it claimed to be in stock but a few days later it turns out it wasn't and now the delivery is expected by the 6th of December. It's making me a little nervous as it is a gift from a certain Christmas fellow. Anyone here got any experience…

Hi,
I ordered an item from very.ie that is for a Christmas present. When I ordered it it claimed to be in stock but a few days later it turns out it wasn't and now the delivery is expected by the 6th of December. It's making me a little nervous as it is a gift from a certain Christmas fellow. Anyone here got any experience with ordering from very (or littlewoods previously) and how reliable those specified delivery dates are?
