Pure black screen Issue on Sony TV After Casting YouTube Video

    Hi everyone,

    Pure black screen appears on my Sony TV whenever I press the Home or Input buttons on the remote. The TV works fine for regular cable TV, but pressing Home no longer brings up the app screen Netflix, YouTube, etc., and pressing Input doesn’t display the HDMI options it just shows a blank screen.

    This started after I tried casting a YouTube video from my laptop to the TV. I have already tried shutting everything down and turning it back on, but the issue persists. Has anyone experienced this? Any ideas on how to fix it?
