Going unregistered for this Have about 77k in cash, I've the opportunity to put 10k into a prsa. Should I do this or continue saving for a home deposit (in Dublin) Not looking for advice but would like some opinions on what you would do

It would be awful if you were then left 10k short while trying to buy a house you really liked.
If it were me I'd sort the house first and then when that was all done and dusted look into other investments.
