An Post Money Card not showing balance

    Hi I got the an post money card so I can use it while in the U.S. on holiday and it was working perfectly and then all of a sudden it will not show my balance in Euros and it will not let me go to the U.S. currency card to see what my balance in USD like the attached screenshot shows. anyone have any fix for this? Every time I try to click on refresh...it tries to do something but nothing happens. I reinstalled the app but still same issue.
