Has anyone ever tried to contact this place… The prices are much better than Rip off Ireland but unfortunately, Ireland is not on their list of countries when trying to buy. They don't answer emails and their phone number looks dodgy.

They have very little scope other than their own site. Not much on the likes of Reddit. To be honest, its a common name "motorcycle oil 100". To me it looks a fairly small operation. Probably why they don't ship to Ireland. If its for delivery here, could work out cost prohibitive.
