How should I replace bulb (or driver?) in this LED kitchen light

Hi there, The kitchen light has gone. It's just faintly flickers. I want to fix it but I have never come across this kind of light before (I know little about electrics). Can anyone tell me what part I need to replace it and maybe provide a link to somewhere I can buy? It does not seem to have a "bulb" as such. Images…

Hi there,

I don't know who wired that in, but that's actually lethal. The wiring should not be exposed like that and it's missing an earth.

Please replace the cover and have an electrician replace the unit as it's currently highly unsafe.
