WiFi Calling Not Working

Looking to see if someone can help me with an ongoing issue. I live in a rural area with no mobile coverage. As such we miss calls from doctors, banks etc on our mobiles.

When I got my mobile phone around 2 x year ago my WiFi calling worked fine at home as did my wives. However a few months later it stopped and we've never been able to get it going again.

    - WiFi calling works in other places on this phone so I doubt it's the mobile phone.

    - My broadband speed is fine (140Mbps) on Fibrus. I changed BB from BT Smart Hub 2 a few months ago. The problem existed on BT and continues on Fibrus.

    - I've reset my WiFi router and no change.

    - WiFi calling is available on my mobile AND works in other places. It is turned on. It just doesn't work at home.

    - My mobile is up to date in terms of software.

    - I’ve ‘forgot’ the networks on my mobile several times but didn't help.

    - My work phone works at home, and has never had an issue.

    - My mobile is S20 FE and my provider is Lebarra. I was prev Tesco mobile and the same problem existed. My wife is with O2 and has the same issue.

I contacted BT when I had them and they've insisted it's the phone/ network. However, as said, my wives phone experienced the same issue at the same time.

    Any advice welcome!
