    Pork ribs (spare or baby back?), bacon ribs, beef short ribs?

    My local SuperValu sells all of the above - short ribs just from time to time. My local butcher does too, but is pricier.

    O mahony meats outlet might be cheaper than regular butchers.

    If there is a Polo store near you with a butcher counter they do all sorts of ribs.

    O’Mahony Meats used to be about €5 a slab. Probably gone up a bit now but they’ll still be the best value compared to other butchers.
