my dish is slightly out of position and I am missing some key channels incl RTE1

my regular installer is showing no interest in fixing it. Can anyone recommend someone I can contact regarding this. Situated 5k fm Limk City, thanks

it’s a Sky HD box RTE1 via Sky.
Rte1 is intermittent at certain types of day , as is Sky news. Likes of BBC channel 4 etc fine,

Many channels totally gone , such as Sky Arts, Virgin 3, Sky doc’s ,crime, nature, discovery. Getting message box isn’t getting Sat signal on those channels. Have freesat box as well and similar channels giving same prob

any trees in the way and you can’t ring sky . SATCITY but make sure you explain your needs, lnb could be gone dodgy as well

Why not try and get Sky to fix it. When I was with Sky I got a new dish, twice. Each time they told me there was a charge but when I haggled they gave it to me free.

Sky wont support HD anymore but will offer SKYQ.
