mixing caustic.

I want to mix up 500L of a caustic solution @ 3% caustic. I have a drum of concentrated acid @ 30%. What are the volumes I need to mix to make up what I need? All help appreciated.

Acid is the opposite to Caustic !. Apples and Oranges literally !.

Might be my bad wording of the problem. It's 30% w/v sodium hydroxide if that helps.
