Hello. I brought my car to main mitsubishi dealers to get fixed as it failed nct and then after work was done it passed. However, just a few days later the dashboard had service required message. This was before service was due and I was busy at the time so had to ignore temporarily. Then, other messages appeared such as fcm service required, as service required. It has turned off some safety features. It is hard to imagine what could be wrong given it just passed nct. Firstly, who sets the message reminder to appear? Did that happen because it was done at dealers when work done? Can I request they don't do this? Are they allowed given servicing a car is up to me and not a legal requirement. I will do it but I want to decide when ,not have the car malfunction cause a service will be due. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Michael
