Design / improvements to protect the railway from rising sea levels and erosion consist of mainly

Rock Revetments & repair / extension of walls - up to 1 or 1.5m where required. Maintenance of current access is included. The addition of additional shore access / coastal linear walks (eg south of Bray Head) is not detailed - but they propose 2 head-land revetments to "in-time" form a shallower coast - protecting the cliff base / reduce erosion risk.

All good if you ask me.
