Use Mp3 as a portable device Agptek

Hi, Im not technical so would appreciate help. Agptek Mp3 player. I have a 32 GB Micro SD card inserted. No internal memory available for music. I think it is being recognised in error by my laptop as a USB device rather than a Mp3 player. Is there any way to fix this?
