This one is a crusty old arcade cab, with a button configuration not designed for human hand

i reckon these cabs where 2or 3 button and following that path of yellow below so really no other way of adding 6 buttons neatly,not that they should, I'm not condoning it just seen it all too often this god awful layout should have just left it at 4
