    Hi, I’ve been finding these wee beasties around the house recently, they’re around 3/4 of an inch long, never seen one in the house before but quite frequently of late, I wouldn’t like to think of them getting in to the cat food and her to swallow one.

    It's a millipede. They eat decaying bits and pieces. Hedgehogs eat them, so they won't kill your cat. Harmless little things.

    If you cleaned up your garden of leaves recently might explain why they are inside - they like damp so if no damp in house they won’t be there for long

    What about this one ? they hop around and often seem to hiding under pots and things. this one curled up and played dead.
