Doing a bit of a clean-up of and moving on some stuff I have stored but not using.
This was tested in my Egret 3 arcade machine and on a Supergun. Everything works perfectly without issues(including the Unibios V4 features).

The 161 in 1 cart is fairly new as I got a few of them 6 months ago and they sat in boxes until now.

Will be sticking this up on Adverts.ie later with a bit of added Adverts tax :0)

I don’t know much about Neo Geo. even though I have this yoke in the kids playroom. Mine is a 6 cart (working).. would it take much to install this thing ?

It just plugs in to the JAMMA connection. Not sure you'd need it if you have a 6 cart setup though.

Checked inside the Neo Geo Cab and in a box underneath it, next to a box of carts, is one of these NEOGEO MVS MV1FZ. So it looks like I have a spare already. What I dont have is the 161 in 1 cart and by the looks of it, its not going to be any cheaper to buy one online.

I think it will work in the 6X if I put it in slot 1, but reviews are variable. Worth a try though, so I will take this one.

And inviere who beat me to the everdrive on the other thread can no doubt fix it, if I mess it up !

… the 161 in 1 is currently being played to death in my cab and I don't think its ever coming out unless I find a better cart that has every retail game, but if its just the MVS hardware itself, I do have two of them now, so if you are stuck, PM me.

I purchased the MVS 1-slot motherboard off Steve. I can't comment on the 161-in-1 MVS cart though...
