What's allowed in a signature?

Could I get some more clarification about what is or isn't allowed in a signature?

In my opinion, the current image that I have posted isn't offensive that is of course unless you are a Zionist.

I firmly believe what the image displays is the truth based on current and past events.

Would I be allowed to post an image that says that Russia is a Nazi state?

Or is it only Israel that gets a protected status?

Also, is it possible for admins to remove signatures from posters? I have been threatened with a sight ban if I don't remove the current image. Surely if the image is that offensive, an admin could simply delete it from my account.
