Is the Saorview app still working?

I hadn't used in a while and changed my phone recently, the app is there from the transfer but on entering the app there is no up to date infor.or tv guide etc. don't seem to have option to upgrade and app doesn't seem to even be in the google play store...

App removed from Play store it seems and to get it here.

The TV guide disappeared recently from the app, I posted about it in another thread at the time.

I found it useful for checking the schedule together with the Freesat app.

I transferred over to a new phone last night but the Saorview app didn't transfer over.

The app hasn't been available in the app store for a long time.

I came across an app !!, earlier, hadn't seen it before, rte.ie/ online, it's not in the app store. It saved on my homepage as an app, it has RTE news, tv and radio live, plus radio and TV players, podcasts, 10 day tv listing for SaorView channels and the main UK channels and viewing recommendations like the Saorview app. Handier than having 3 apps for news, tv and radio.

working for me , I saved it to my homescreen using the 3 dots up top right and then just tap on it like a regular app.

I miss the saorview app, how do I get the alternative you are discussing?

Do a Google search, from the 3 dots on the top right, select "Add to homescreen".

Menu is on top left, news, player, radio, sports.
