Can a company remove an Employees Company Car allowance without the employees agreement.

Assume that the employee has being receiving this allowance along with base pay for a number of years.

Does the employee still have a job which requires use of a vehicle?

It entirely depends on the context not the length you have been receiving it.

    • Is it included in your terms and conditions of employment?
    • Was it an executive privilege?
    • Have you changed role?
    • Is it needed for your current role?
    • And so on…

It's being an established part of the EE compensation package.

The role of the EE hasn't changed.

It was never 'needed' to complete the role.. it was just part of the compensation package when you get to a certain level in the organisation.

Unsure what's written in the contract..
