Progress to TCD with PLC ?

    Hi Wondering if anyone can help here. My daughter (in 6th yr) really wants to study BESS in TCD. It is not possible for her to gain enough points for BESS even if she achieved 100% in all of her subjects she would still be off by probably 25points.

    Does anyone know if TCD take PLC students or is that just a myth? I know TCD say they do but won't give me any more information about their intake. I've emailed Blackrock F.Ed and Ballyfermot F.Ed - not sure they will be able to help. I'd be very grateful for any info.

    Also side line. Does anyone have a contact for LC English grinds

    My niece got in through the FET route two years ago. She is in BESS.
