No internet on Refurbed phone?

so I got a new Samsung S21 5G from Refurbed.ie yesterday. All set up but only realised on the way to work this am that, whilst it says I've 4G+, I have no internet at all? Anyone any ideas?

Who is your provider?

Did you try putting it into Airplane mode and back again?

Did you try selecting 3g or 5g only from the Network Operators menu?

If you have access to another sim(Non 3 network) you could throw that in and if same issue then the chances are it's a phone rather than a network issue.
