Mobile Home on right of way

I have a family member who put their mobile home on a right of way into my land. Family feud, long story. I have sent an objection into the council and they have been refused retention planning permission, after they applied for it last minute, but that's all the council seemed to have done. No more movement since???? Surely there should be a time frame for the council to tell them to move it? They were refused planning back in February. Does anyone know the procedure, who in the council I should be contacting and asking them about the steps they should be following?????

    Extremely frustrated.

Get onto the planning enforcement team in the council. Quote the planning reference number for the failed retention application and ask them to act on it. This should be done internally in the council but since February is taking the piss.

Thanks so I have the failed retention application number. I'll quote it and ask them to act on it as its was last February since this application had failed. Should I ask for a contact person within the enforcement to keep me updated on any progress or can I ask that. Seems to be a lot of change of roles when I contact them. Thanks

Get a name, title and department.Changes to titles and departments are common in councils. If you don't get an employees title and department correct they deny all knowledge and ignore all communications
