I was given a point and warned for this ^

    Fair enough I said

    But today I see this

Creating this thread as I want to see if either

    1. This warning to me be revoked and the point deducted
    2. Moderation is applied equally to others

Under the new rules of CA, there's no disputing warnings in there:

Doesn’t that create a big issue then where moderators can shut down discussion they don’t approve of by uneven application of the rules?

how does one have “frank discussions on serious issues” ?

”A place for frank exchanges of views on serious and at-times controversial topics” is the description for subforum

There's still other avenues such as Helpdesk for broader complaints. But since this is about a warning specifically, and it can't be disputed, this is being closed.
