With the onset of colder and darker days coming in for the next few months, the clubs wont get taken out as much and thought i would have a look at some golf specific training to supplement my current training programme. Has anyone found any good resources online for golf specific gym work over the winter?

Fit for golf on Twitter, ran by a cork man Mike Carroll. An excellent resource weather you pay for his content or just follow his tweets.
