No water from Mira Elite

Hi. I had a Mira Elite SE pumped shower installed a few months ago. There were odd times when the water flow would just stop before bursting back out very hot. Now it just stopped and there is no water at all coming out. When you switch the On button you can hear the motor running but no water. I know there is a filter in it but I haven't gone near that. A plumber was meant to call yesterday and today but cancelled. Any ideas what the problem could be? Tia.

I would hope any dirt residue was flushed through the pipework and does that have a tank in the attic that could have debris in the bottom of tank if open.

I'd suggest a faulty solenoid coil. This is covered under the 2 years parts and labour warranty with Mira

You were right. That's exactly what it was. Called a plumber but he didn't seem to know but as it was a new shower Mira sent someone out and it was fixed in 5 minutes!
