Planning and false information

Has any one got some legal advice on this regards what I should do next legally?

I was giving a site by my grand uncle which I built my house in 2014, my grand uncle died a few years later and my father got the farm around and behind me. My sister is an engineer and her husband is an engineer in the planning office. My sister applied for planning for three site's to sell on behalf of my parents in a field next to me and used my site percolation test results and site survey engineers report changed the names and submitted it. I objected to the site next to my house due to the percolation area being 30 feet away from my well the objection was upheld. I'm just wondering who responsible for ethics enforcement and what options are available for legal recourse for falsified documents being used.

Aside from being off-topic, legal advice is banned sitewide. You need to consult a solicitor.
