Parazole dosage in kittens

I can't ring the vet again! Kitten had bad dose of worms and got treated by vet 2 weeks ago. Follow up dosage of Parazole the next week - 3 days in a row. I'm not sure when to give the next dose. Some google says every 2 weeks til 16 wks, others say monthly. Anyone have experience of this?
