    I've just been recently approved for affordable housing property in this scheme off the Damastown Road.

    The show houses are nice but looking for people's opinions on the neighbourhood.

    It's not a great area, but the price is excellent. I worked nearby a few years back.

    Expect noise flight overhead to start around 6 am.

    Hi @button24o I’ve applied for it too. Can I ask when you apply and when you got the approval? Trying to get an idea on what to expect.
