Mobile IT support services - any recommendations?

I'm self-employed and work from home and know zip about computers other than the software programs I use in my work. So, when my computer/printer goes on the fritz, I've no idea how to fix it and don't have an IT department I can call on. (Yes, I know the solutions to most issues can be found online but, in my experience, the tech level at which they're pitched is WAY beyond my understanding). I was wondering if anyone has any recommendations of mobile IT support services, i.e. someone I can hire to call to my home and (hopefully) fix the issue I'm having. I did a Google search and such services exist but I wanted to see if anyone here has had any experience with them and, if so, would they recommend any in particular. Thank you!
