Vodafone rang me over 1 month ago, new deal, new tv box, extra add-ons, Vodafone TV Play. Ok I said. I was at the end of the contract and thought I'd move.

2 weeks later a technician arrived and removed my old Vodafone tv box and inserted another. Note that I don't say installed.

The tv box would not work. The technician rang Vodafone, they said required a change on their side, 5 days max.

11 days later and 8 phonecalls later still no TV.

Went from 5 days to 1 more day to 2 more days and then 2 more days and then 2 more days, could be next Tuesday now which will bring it to 14 days in total and no guarantee.

I asked about cancellation and they mentioned a charge to me.

No TV for 11 days and I'm not sure how long more, it's costing me more money than my old contract which actually worked.

Be warned if accepting this "upgrade" from Vodafone.
