What should expect to pay in Dublin for laying 70 sqm (Including 20% Waste) of 120*60 tiles in a hallway, kitchen, utility. Skirting boards are tacked on. Tiles are 35Euro sqm and Grout coming in at 600 euro. I also have a Living room which I'm putting engineered flooring in. Wood is 75 euro sqm and will be glued down.…
