Aussie exit in IM swim - run or walk?

Have a race in a few weeks with an Aussie exit, two loop swim full distance. I find it takes a while to settle in on the swim and thought running on the Aussie exit to the second loop would get the heart rate up and disrupt the swim again, I get it's a race but it's a long day and plenty of opportunity to make up a minute or two (hopefully) - a slow jog might be a nice compromise - any thoughts? Gracias
