    Whos heading this Saturday and what distance are you doing?

    I am tackling the Big Dog again this year myself.

    Weather isn't looking too healthy for Saturday unfortunately.

    I'm going. First time trying a gravel event. 33mm tyres were the biggest I could fit, not feeling too confident.

    I done last year on 35mm. Got on good.

    Gone with 40mm this time.

    just heading home from it now. weather a lot less miserable than I feared in the lead up. more mud than gravel, bike and me absolutely filthy. pleasantly surprised not to see any crashes, especially given the muddy corners in places.

    3rd time doing it, 1st time to puncture on it, about 35km in, avoided a bidon and hit a rock instead. Instant front flat, wasted about 10 mins getting it all darted up and going again. bloody Headwind home was a baxtard.

    Ended up switching to the 60km route after 3 punctures leaving me with no spare tubes. 33mm non-tubeless not recommended for this one.
