    Hi

I've had a few medical issues last month or 2 and I'm off work on the social welfare sick pay.

At end August I got my payslip as normal showing 0 hours worked etc

At end September I havnt received any payslip, and the social welfare are requesting it to show I havnt been paid by my employer.

Is this something I should have got automatically or have they just not bothered to include me on the payroll run?

You’re still entitled to a payslip as you haven’t left the employer so remind them.

Employer only obliged to give a payslip when they pay your wages, no pay, no payslip required.

Why would they get one in August with 0 but then nothing in September to show the same. Doesn't make sense.

I'd contact HR and just advise that Social Welfare are looking for the last payslip but you don't seem to have received it. Presume they'll just send it on
