How long was it from the date you submitted your application for the home energy upgrade grant to the time
(i) the SEAI rang for the initial call to see if your house was suitable by asking you various questions over the phone
(ii) They sent out the SEAI approved surveyor
(iii) Issued confirmation that you were granted the grant subject to meeting the conditions so could begin work?
What part of the country / province are you in? Are you aware of anything that can be done to speed up the process?
