Hi have literally new white LEDs in the number plates and tyre valve seems a reasonable issue. Visual retest is OK but whats the story with number plates listed as major fault?

Tyre more than 6 years old too, I’d just replace it.
From the sheet it looks like the lights weren’t working on the test. You’d have check the NCT manual for their stance on LEDs. Stick the old bulbs back in for the recheck to be on the safe side. You can always swap them back later
