    Looking to do a full refurbishment of a house in Cork city, need to find electricians, plumbers etc. Which of the online websites are the best to find these trades. And which to avoid.

    I had a bad experience with Tradesmen.ie i am away had one of there listed contractor's t fix a storm damaged backgate but deliberately lifted the felt off adjacent garage roof claiming it was extra damage and want me to let them replace

    I said I will wait till I return and when I did I knew it was deliberate, total no vetting by website stay away

    Employ an Architect or QS , go with their recommendations , you will save money in the long term .
