Moving from Sky to VM

    Currently with Sky, have BB, phone and TV along with HD, Sky Sports, Sky Sports Extra and an additional box. Crazy monthly sub.

    Am not in a VM cable area, I have fibre BB coming into the house.

    Looking at VM website, I can get all the above for €102 if I understand it correctly. Have put in Eircode when trying to order.

    VM website keeps glitching when I try to order though, either saying:

    • Unfortunately something has gone wrong - please go back and select a new product to add to the basket to resolve this issue.

    or something equally unhelpful. Anyone seen this before, is it not possible to order all the services I want together or something?

    Chat bot useless (both VM and Sky), phone lines are clogged.

    Has anyone got a similar set of services from VM and are you happy with them?

    iI have VM broadband .tv on two 360 boxes and landline phone and have never any issues other than visits to upgrade cable and visits to ensure signal level is satisfactory
