They were added to 10714 H on 11 Sept, and that will be the new frequency. They were removed from 10936 V on 24 Sept. Please check Lyngsat for changes if you lose more channels in future.

Can I highjack this. Have lost lots of channels since the box was set up last year. How do I scan to get them back? A guy set up for us day one and I'm very nervous of losing what we have so have ignored but need to bite the bullet ! Using openatv skin

Could you go menu setup information and read off image version and skin. Were your bouquets set up in a particular way? have you the channels you use most in favourites? say a few channels you lost.

It will help to explain what to do, and I set boxes up with BBCI London HD first

I just tried and it’s there but with lots of other channels so may be over the page or are you getting no signal. If so check details carefully.

is that a zgemma h7s box?

No channels coming up on that search at all, only 2 channels that have gone missing are Xmas and Dance, all other channels fine, I have a Zgemma h2.

Do you know what frequencie you are using.

You can only use the working ones as wonder if yours are on a different one = Dead channel.

Scoop54 I used the frequency you linked. I dug out a Zgemma H2S just now and put these details in see pic, I used signal finder. Using openatv 6.4 and the default skin called Metrix HD. When you put details in wait a good minute, if no signal shows then dish is out .

I then scanned and got this.

I then ran ABM and that now xmas is put under last scanned.

    good luck
