Bet changed after time

    Hey, I'm not sure where to ask this, so forgive me in advance.


    Long story short. I had a treble with Livescore Bet. 2 football games at over 1.5, and an NFL half points spread at over 22.5

    €50 was the stake. All three came in. The money was credited to my account. Happy days. I kept watching the NFL.


    During a break in play I went back into my account. Balance at 0. Checked my settled bets. It had changed the over from 1.5 to 2.5 and was listed as lost.

    I went on the livechat and you can imagine how that went. I'm just wondering if I have any redress for this situation? I doubt it, but there's not harm in asking.

    My account has been suspended. All I did was query. I was in no way abusive to the person who I spoke to online. In fact, I acknowledged that it probably wasn't their job and just asked them to elevate the complaint.

    Not good form by the betting company. Have you contacted the betting regulator in Ireland.

    Online gambling, outside of the well known players seems to be like the wild west from what I have seen myself.

    I doubt the regulator will do much if it's not regulated here.

    Best thing to do tis close the account and see if their retentions person asks why etc.
